Help Clients Prepare for WC Audits
As of February 10, the audit noncompliance charge (ANC) for workers compensation (WC) policies written in eCLIQ® is applicable in all states excluding AK, IN, MA, NY, and TX (states that have not approved ANC) and ND, OH, WA, and WY (monopolistic states). Learn how you can help your clients avoid this charge for noncompliance and prevent higher WC premiums.
