Instant cash is waiting for you

Have you enrolled in the new and improved Instant Incentives™ program yet? It’s quick and easy to set up, and you’ll be rewarded for every qualifying policy you write. Here’s how to start cashing in.

  1. Enroll. Log in using your Liberty Mutual ID and accept the terms and conditions. You’ll then be prompted to connect your PayPal account. Please note: even if you participated in the old Instant Incentives using cash codes, you’ll still need to enroll in the new program.
  2. Activate your offers. Once enrolled, activate every cash offer you’re eligible for. The easiest way is to bookmark the Instant Incentives site and check back often for new offers.
  3. Issue qualifying policies. Only policies issued after offer activation count toward your Instant Incentives earnings, so be sure to activate your offers.

To make things even easier, producers or account managers with multiple Liberty Mutual IDs will only need to enroll one of them and the rest will automatically be enrolled.

Spring approaches: do your contractors need bonds?

If you count contractors among your customers, chances are they will be required to obtain a contractor’s license and permit bond. Often required by state, county, or municipal laws or regulations, contractor’s license and permit bonds guarantee that contractors will comply with all ordinances and regulations governing their trade or profession.

These bonds are intended to ensure that work performed within certain jurisdictions conforms to established standards and meets building code requirements.
Liberty Mutual Surety can help you meet all of your contractors’ bond needs. We have extensive experience underwriting the multiple types of license and permit bonds, including those for contractors such as electricians, plumbers and HVAC professionals.

Learn more about this class of bonds by referring to our brochure, or visit us online at the Surety Agents’ Portal. Please contact bonds@libertymutual.com with any questions.

BOP sprinkler credit: new post-bind review process

States affected: National, except ID, LA, MS and WA

To improve data accuracy and ensure your clients have the protection they need, we are making changes to our post-bind review process for sprinkler credit on business owner’s policies (BOPs) in most states.

Beginning March 27, BOPs with buildings that are indicated to have 75% or more sprinkler coverage will go through a review process to ensure they are eligible for sprinkler credit. If we believe your client’s policy has incorrect sprinkler coverage listed and is not eligible for sprinkler credit, we will update the policy by endorsement during the underwriting period and notify you via email. In-force policies will go through the review process during renewal.

Improving the accuracy of customer data will allow us to make our business rates more competitive, stabilize our renewal rates and help you sustain profitable growth.
