NB auto in the legacy eCLIQ system discontinued
With expanded eligibility, you can now quote nearly all commercial auto risks in eCLIQ® Simple™. Much faster turnaround times and high pass-through rates save you time and effort as you find the right rate and coverage for your customer.
We’ve discontinued the auto product we previously offered in the legacy eCLIQ platform. You are now only able to quote new non-farm commercial auto in eCLIQ Simple.* When a risk does not qualify for eCLIQ Simple, the system prompts you to submit a paper application that an underwriter will then review.

States affected: AZ, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MD, ME, MS, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, OH, OK, TN, UT, VT and WY.
*Effective June 23, this change only applies to new business and does not affect existing policies. In states where we offer farm coverage, you can continue quoting farm-related auto risks in eCLIQ without submitting a paper application.

Expanded agency bill plans for eCLIQ® Simple™
On July 14, agency bill payment plans on eCLIQ Simple products will be expanded to align with the payment plans offered on our legacy eCLIQ program.
The following payment plan options will be available*:
- Full-pay
- Semi-annual
- Quarterly
- Monthly – 12 equal installments
- Monthly – 10% down, 9 equal installments
- Monthly – 30% down, 9 equal installments
Each policy on the policy account may share the same payment plan, or you may select a specific payment plan for each policy.
If you need a refresher, take a closer look at how each payment plan works.
